Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, or American Express and PayPal*.   For your protection, we require that the billing and shipping address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank. If you wish to ship your order other than your billing address, please make a payment on Paypal.
For international orders, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment.
All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.

PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account or PayPal credit. You can also opt to pay using your credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com.

Order Acknowledgement

When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail acknowledging your order. By acknowledging your order, a binding agreement is entered into. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the acknowledgement of the order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

We are no under no obligation to accept orders for items that are priced incorrectly in their respective webstore listings. Although we will try to maintain accuracy for all listings throughout the Yuks website, there may be discrepancies and we may not fulfill orders for items that are priced incorrectly. 

We may also refuse to process and accept an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Shipping

USA

We offer free standard domestic shipping and express 2-day shipping.
*Express orders must be made before 12:00 p.m. PST to guarantee that your order is processed on the same day. Express delivery may not be available at some destination, and for those cities it may take an additional 1 day. Express Delivery to Alaska and Hawai'i may take an additional 1-2 days.

INTERNATIONAL

We ships orders to over 100 countries and regions.
We are not responsible for any foreign duties you may incur by having items shipped outside of the United States. The receiving party will always be responsible for additional duties and taxes to be collected by foreign governments and agencies.

Responsibility for any purchased items transfers to the purchaser at the time the shipment is accepted by the buyer or any other party who accepts the shipment at the shipping address provided by the purchaser. 

Refunds and Exchanges

All returns/exchanges must be approved beforehand.
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. Unidentified returns may be returned to sender without processing. 
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at mail@megcompany.com with the order number in the subject line before returning any items by mail.

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags, etc. still attached.
Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached directly to the product or the product's packaging.
Refunds/exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt. We will not accept returns or exchanges without the original receipt.

We ask that you please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before use, to ensure that the item is not damaged and therefore still eligible for return prior to wear. 

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at mail@megcompany.com as soon as possible to reserve another product/size. Products may only be exchanged for other products available from www.yuksoriginals.com.

Please note that all sale items are final sales. No returns or exchanges will be given on sale items.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a mistake has been made by us. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all duties, along with any shipping costs on all exchanges and refunds.
In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

You are responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us.
